Story
Hi there,
I am joining a group of BCNA supporters on the girls’ trip of a life time in New York City!
What better way to discover the city that never sleeps than side by side with a team of BCNA women who are ready to take a bite out of life... and out of the Big Apple!
Before the Pink Manhattan team head off to paint the town pink, we aim to raise over $60,000 for Breast Cancer Network Australia (BCNA).
Every dollar I raise will be used to provide information, support and connection for the 15,000 Australians who will be diagnosed with breast cancer this year.
Everyday 42 Australian women will hear the words “you have breast cancer”. Fundraising to continue BCNA’s work means more women, and their loved ones, will not have to go through this challenging time alone.
The highlight of this NYC adventure will be participating in a Mini-Field of Women in world-famous Central Park. BCNA Mini-Fields are a unique way pay tribute to women diagnosed with breast cancer, who have survived breast cancer, and of course for those who has passed away. This will be the first time BCNA has held a Min Field in New York City.
